Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/16 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a glass jar (I use 8 oz mason jars. You can use even bigger jars but do not use smaller than 8 oz because the oats will expand . Mix with a spoon until evenly combined. Taste and adjust honey or spices if needed.
  • Seal jar and refrigerate overnight. Consume within 2 days. To add a little texture, garnish with pumpkin seeds right before serving.
